Today's Lyric: "Seems like folks turn into things
Seems like folks turn into things
That they'd never want
The only thing to live for
Is today...
I'm gonna put a hole in my TV set
I don't wanna grow up
Open up the medicine chest
And I don't wanna grow up
I don't wanna have to shout it out
I don't want my hair to fall out
I don't wanna be filled with doubt
I don't wanna be a good boy scout
I don't wanna have to learn to count
I don't wanna have the biggest amount
I don't wanna grow up"
I don't wanna grow up
Tom Waits

I had Chinese for dinner tonight. That's a pleasant change. I don't order in much anymore. Mongolian beef was good.

I feel better now after eating than I have all day. I've had a lot of aches and pains. I think the weather is changing. Weather in Denver seem to have lightened up a bit. Joe and Lisa may escape the airport after 9 pm tonight.

There was a Star Trek Voyager marathon on today. I caught part of several episodes through simple inability to turn the television off. I never cared much for Voyager. The captain never seemed very captain-ish to me. I did enjoy the doctor, though. Robert Picardo is someone I noticed ages ago in Legend and later in Amazon Women on the Moon. He was recently in E-Ring and Stargate SG-1. He's currently the bureaucratic Mr. Woolsey in Stargate Atlantis. I had forgotten Picardo was the doctor. It makes me want to catch a few episodes. Robert Picardo is another on my list of unappreciated actors. The Voyager episode where he discover's that the captain has been re-writing his memories was an excellent venue to display his acting ability.

I don't feel like freewriting tonight.
