I can't seem to wake up. My sugar is high, I overate last night and that may have a lot to do with it. Usually my sugar drops quickly in the morning, but I had one of those breakfast burritos and I think it was to much carbohydrate.
My supper meal was excellent, barbecued (new propane grill, has it's own stand, $79 at K-mart!) kielbasa and fried potatoes. Greasy and delicious and utterly bad for me, my cholesterol, my heart, my arteries, my sugar, my attitude, you name it.
Lethargy is hard to overcome when you haven't anything interesting to overcome it with.
